6-Month Free Replacement Guarantee
If someone we place with you leaves within 6 months, you get the full value of your fee back as a credit. Use it to replace them or to fill any other role with us.
How it works
Tell us within 7 days
If your new starter leaves in their first 6 months, let us know in writing within 7 days.
We issue a credit note
You receive a credit note for the full fee on your original invoice. No forms, no sliding scale.
Use it on your next hire
Refill the same role or any other role within 24 months. If the next fee is higher, you just pay the difference.
The conditions, in plain English
To qualify
- Your invoice is paid in full within 14 days.
- You tell us within 7 days that the person has left.
- If you want to refill that same role, you give us 8 weeks to fill it on an exclusive basis.
Not covered
- Redundancy, restructure, closure or sale of the business.
- Changes to the role, hours, location or pay after the offer.
- A breach of the employee’s contract or employment law.
- Re-hiring the same person, or passing their details to a third party.
The credit note cannot be exchanged for cash. One credit note is issued per placement, and a hire paid for with a credit note is not covered by a second guarantee.
Full terms of business are agreed and sent to you with every role.
