Salary: Up to £43,000 OTE per annum

Overview
This role suits someone who has built a genuine, sustainable career in hospitality and has worked at a senior level within fine dining gastropubs. You’ll be given real ownership of the floor, supporting the wider team to deliver a polished, memorable guest experience service after service.
The Role
As Floor-Led Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front during service, setting the tone for the floor and ensuring standards are upheld across every table. You’ll work closely with management, mentoring junior team members and stepping in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly. Hours will include evenings, weekends and busy service periods, as standard within a fine dining led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front of house team during busy service periods.
- Maintain consistently high standards of guest service, table presentation and hospitality.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of junior floor staff.
- Manage guest relations, including handling feedback and special requests professionally.
- Work closely with management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the floor across all sections.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience within fine dining gastropubs or similarly high-standard venues, whether as a Floor Supervisor, Bar Manager or Assistant Gastropub Manager.
- A stable, progressive career history demonstrating genuine longevity and commitment.
- A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Excellent guest-facing communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods as standard in hospitality.
