Overview

We need a reliable Breakfast Chef. You’ll cook breakfast to a high standard and help the team prep for later services. This role suits someone organised, efficient, and passionate about fresh, well-presented food.
The Role
You’ll run breakfast service each morning, from setup to service to clean-down. Once breakfast finishes, you’ll help the wider team prep for lunch and dinner — chopping, portioning, and batch cooking. Expect early starts and a fast pace during service, backed by a close-knit kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
• Cook and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast section, keeping it clean and ready for service.
• Help prep afternoon and evening menus — chopping, portioning, and batch cooking.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages to the Head Chef.
• Work well with the wider kitchen team throughout the day.
Key Requirements
• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Confidence working alone during morning service.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help across all services.
